The Process
Fill out the inquiry form on our website, and provide us with the details of your event. If your date is available, we will reach out and inquire about the bar experience you are looking to create, and send you a quote.
Once the details of your event are confirmed, we will create a proposal. If you decide that the Sassy Pineapple is a good fit for your event, a contract with all of the details will be sent over, and will need to be signed. In addition, a 50% non-refundable retainer must be paid at this time to secure your date. The remainder of your final bill will be due 4 weeks prior to your event.
In the time leading up to your event, we will send you a questionnaire, inquiring about your beer, wine, and liquor preferences. If applicable, we will then work with you to create your ideal cocktail menu.
Four weeks prior to your event, we will email you a final invoice that can be completed online.
The day is finally here! We will show up early to the start of your event to park the bar, and set up the interior. Our bartenders will ensure that you & your guests have an amazing time.
